BEAST Craft BBQ Now Open at City Foundry Food Hall

Award-winning barbecue destination BEAST Craft BBQ is now open at City Foundry Food Hall, bringing the total number of local kitchens inside the Food Hall to 19.

The kitchen is located on the east side of the Food Hall with a newly constructed order window adjacent to the soon to open event space and sports bar concept, Brickline Brew House.

Owned and operated by acclaimed pitmaster Dave Sandusky, BEAST Craft BBQ serves nationally recognized barbecue favorites, including pork steaks, pulled pork, brisket, turkey breast, snoot and spare ribs.

Guests can also enjoy signature specials and sides such as Smokehouse Nachos, Pork Belly Burnt Ends Skewers and the popular PB&J Brisket Sandwich.
