City Foundry Welcomes New Medspa: The Injection Bar

The Injection Bar, Midtown’s first medspa, opens today at City Foundry STL. The medspa, which specializes in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments is open Mondays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Injection Bar accepts both appointments and walk-ins.

Founded by St. Louis residents and spouses Cassandra Cheng-Lay and Daniel Cheng, The Injection Bar was created with a vision of making aesthetic injections approachable, educational, and free of pressure. “We wanted to create a place where individuals can come with little or no experience in aesthetic injections and leave feeling more educated and confident — without the weight of a product or service upsell,” said Cheng-Lay, co-founder of The Injection Bar.

As the first dedicated medspa at City Foundry and the only brick-and-mortar injection-focused destination in midtown St. Louis, The Injection Bar aims to combine clinical expertise with a boutique experience, offering clients trusted treatments in a setting designed for comfort and confidence.
